Your quote meeting is where the design, selections, and project scope come together. We’ll review your detailed quote, walk through what’s included, discuss the overall investment, and answer any questions so you can decide whether you’re ready to move forward.
How Long Should You Set Aside For the Quote Meeting?
Most quote meetings last between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on the size and complexity of the project and how much there is to discuss. We’ll take the time to walk through the quote, explain what’s included, and answer any questions you may have.
Before Your Quote Meeting
Whenever possible, we’ll send your detailed quote a few days before your scheduled meeting. This gives you time to review the project scope, look over the overall investment, and gather any questions you’d like to discuss.
By giving you time to review everything beforehand, we can use the meeting to focus on what matters most, answering questions, clarifying details, and talking through any areas you’d like to better understand.
During Your Quote Meeting
What We Will Review Together
During your quote meeting, we'll walk through your proposal together and explain how it all comes together. We'll review the overall project scope, discuss the selections made during the design process, explain any allowances for items that have not yet been finalized, and review the overall investment.
This is also your opportunity to ask questions, discuss possible adjustments, and make sure you have a clear understanding of what is included before deciding whether you'd like to move forward.
What Happens Next?
The Quote Meeting is typically our final meeting before you decide whether you'd like to move forward with your kitchen remodel. Our proposals are valid for 30 days, giving you time to review everything, discuss it with your family, and make a decision that feels right for you.
We never want you to feel rushed or pressured into moving forward. A kitchen remodel is a significant investment, and we believe you should feel confident in both the project and the team you choose. If additional questions come up after the meeting, we're always happy to talk them through.
If you decide to move forward, we'll complete the necessary paperwork, confirm final measurements, and continue refining your design and selections before ordering materials and preparing for construction.
