Your quote meeting is where everything we’ve discussed so far comes together. We’ll review the design, scope of work, and overall project cost so you have a clear picture of what your kitchen remodel with Kreative Kitchens could look like.
About Your Quote
Our consultation, initial design, and quote are complimentary. This gives us the opportunity to learn about your space and priorities while giving you a chance to see what we envision and what your project would cost before deciding to move forward.
Your quote will outline everything included in your project, such as cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, installation, and other work we've discussed, with one total project price at the bottom.
We approach your remodel as one complete project, working together to make thoughtful decisions about where to invest based on what matters most to you. Because of this, individual components and services are not priced separately.
How Long Should You Set Aside For the Quote Meeting?
Most quote meetings take approximately 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size and complexity of your project.
Before Your Quote Meeting
Whenever possible, we’ll send your detailed quote a few days before your scheduled meeting. This gives you time to review the project scope, look over the overall investment, and gather any questions you’d like to discuss.
Having some time with the quote beforehand allows our meeting to focus on the details that matter most to you and anything you’d like to talk through together.
During Your Quote Meeting
What We Will Review Together
During your quote meeting, we'll walk through your proposal together and explain how it all comes together. We'll review the overall project scope, discuss the selections made during the design process, explain any allowances for items that have not yet been finalized, and review the overall investment.
This is also your opportunity to ask questions, discuss possible adjustments, and make sure you have a clear understanding of what is included before deciding whether you'd like to move forward.
What Happens Next?
The Quote Meeting is typically our final meeting before you decide whether you'd like to move forward with your kitchen remodel. Our proposals are valid for 30 days, giving you time to review everything, discuss it with your family, and make a decision that feels right for you.
We never want you to feel rushed or pressured into moving forward. A kitchen remodel is a significant investment, and we believe you should feel confident in both the project and the team you choose. If additional questions come up after the meeting, we're always happy to talk them through.
If you decide to move forward, we'll complete the necessary paperwork, confirm final measurements, and continue refining your design and selections before ordering materials and preparing for construction.
